Li-Hsia began working with us in 2006 and became a Practice Principal in July 2016.
Li-Hsia graduated from University of Western Australia in 1999. She did her internship at Royal Perth Hospital before moving to Melbourne completing her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2001. She later spent a few years in Camperdown, before completing her training for a fellowship of RACGP. She has particular interests in paediatrics, obstetrics and women’s health.  She values a balance between work, family and recreation. She enjoys traveling and dining out and is a busy mother to 3 young kids.

Dr Debra Wilson

Practice Principal/ General Practitioner MBBS FRACGP DRANZCOG

Deb began working with us in 2008 and became a Practice Principal in July 2016.
She graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1988, completing a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at PANCH in 1991. She became a Fellow of the RACGP in 1992 and has since completed a Master of Social Health at the University of Melbourne in 2012, with a focus on health policy and use of language, all of which have assisted in her other role as GP Clinical Editor with Health Pathways Melbourne at NWMPHN. She has particular interests in young people’s health, antenatal care, women’s health and mental health but enjoys all aspects of general practice. She remains committed to systems improvement in health, with general practice and primary care essential to a responsive healthcare system.

Dr Ohnmar John

Ohnmar began working with us in 2012.
She enjoys the diversity of general practice and has special interests in chronic disease, mental health, travel medicine and refugee health. She also works in Indigenous health and community health services.
Outside of work, Ohnmar enjoys reading, music, gardening, camping and dashing around the inner city on her bike.

A/Prof Raymond Martyres

Raymond began working with us in October 2016.
He has been working for over 30 years as a GP in North Carlton and aside from general and family medicine, has an interest and experience in pediatrics, shared obstetric care, mental health and internal medicine.
He has been involved in medical projects and programs at a local, state and federal level. He is a member of the senior medical staff at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and has appointments in the Departments of General Medicine and Dermatology. He is also a Principal Fellow and Clinical Associate Professor with the University Of Melbourne and involved in teaching, supervision and research at the RMH.

Dr Katrina Dowey

Katrina began working with us in April 2017.
She graduated from Melbourne University in 1997 and has worked in numerous hospitals across Victoria including The Austin, The Northern Hospital, Bendigo Hospital, The Royal Children’s Hospital, Mercy Hospital for Women and Sunshine Hospital. She has been working in General Practice in Pascoe Vale for the last fifteen years and examines for the RACGP. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice from infancy to geriatrics, preventative medicine to chronic disease care, she is a shared obstetric care provider.
After completing the Australian Medical Acupuncture College Course Part 1 in 2018, I am happy to offer medical acupuncture. Acupuncture is an evidence based treatment option for numerous conditions but particularly helpful for pain management. I offer needle and laser acupuncture. Usually a trial of four to six sessions, weekly or fortnightly, is recommended.
Outside of work she enjoys camping, growing veggies and painting when time permits.

Dr Kapil Maharaj

Kapil began working with us in July 2018.
He graduated from the University of Queensland in 2011 and completed his general practice training in Brisbane before moving to Melbourne. He enjoys the variety of general practice and the long term relationships it allows doctors and patients to build with each other. His particular areas of interest include paediatrics, chronic disease management, sexual health/LGBTQ health and aged care. In keeping with these interests he has also completed a Diploma in Child Health and a Clinical Diploma in Palliative Care, was involved in the teaching of medical students and is a queer-friendly GP. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, collecting vinyl records, trying out new restaurants that pop up and finding exciting little cafes to relax in.

Dr Yolanda Hannigan

Yolanda began working with us in 2019.
She graduated from the University of Melbourne with Distinction in 2014 and undertook her internship and residency at The Austin Hospital.
Yolanda is interested in providing holistic care, and has a particular interest in paediatric, adolescent, women’s, LGBTI health and chronic disease management.
Yolanda has completed a Diploma of Child Health as well as The Australian Cancer Council dermoscopy training.
Yolanda offers skin checks, skin lesion removal and implanon insertion.
Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys hiking, gardening and dancing.

Caroline Woolmer

Caroline began working with us in 2014.
She graduated from RMIT in 2001 and has spent the majority of her career working in the inpatient and outpatient departments of both public and private hospitals. She spent 5 years working in London and traveling Europe. She has special interest in childhood immunisations, chronic disease management and preventative health. She enjoys working in general practice and getting to know the patients. Outside of work she has 2 small children to keep her on her toes.

Rebecca Watchorn

Diabetes Educator

Rebecca started with the practice in 2006.
She worked for several years as part of a community role. She left to have her first child. She returned to work with the same project but was working from community health and RMH.
She continues to work within the community preventing hospital admission to RMH. She returned to work with us in March 2016, where she assists patients with diabetes self manage.

Dr Jenny Lloyd

Clinical Psychologist BAppSc (Hons) DPsych (Clin) MAPS

Dr Lloyd works with adults whose concerns may include workplace and relationship stress, decision making and mental health difficulties.
She has a special interest in the treatment of individuals with anxiety disorders (including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder) as well as depression and trauma. She is trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Schema Therapy and has broad experience in the treatment of a range of psychological concerns.

Ian began working with us in 2004.
He also runs his own physiotherapy business in Rathdown Street North Carlton.

Office Manager

Sam starting working at the practice in 2002.
She began as a receptionist and is now the office manager.                                    She loves chatting with patients about all things especially the Collingwood Football Club, spending time with her family, 2 dogs Ava and Daisy, nephew Cooper and attending the footy to watch the mighty pies and Mill Park.

Siham started working with us in 2013.
She is a qualified massage therapist who loves to read and has two young boys.



Yuri began working with us in 2016.
She is happily married. Her husband is deaf and she is passionate about deaf language and culture. She loves trying out different restaurants and is also involved in voluntary work.



Callum started with us in May.



Inez began working with us in February.



Lee-Anne started working with us in May.
